Every listing is graded — new, refurbished, used or spares — and anything that is not sealed and new has to be photographed as it actually is.

Departments

The single most useful thing a marketplace can do is be precise about condition. These are the only five it uses, and a seller has to pick one.

New: Brand new, unused, in the original sealed packaging.
New — open box: Unused and as-new, but the packaging has been opened. Often an unwanted gift or a returned order.
Refurbished: Professionally tested, repaired where needed and restored to working order, with a warranty from the seller.
Used: Previously owned and fully working, with wear consistent with its grade.
Damaged — spares or repair: Faulty or incomplete. Sold for parts or repair only and not fit for use as it stands.
